Responsibilities
Design and develop agentic AI systems for IT Operations and IT Service Management.
Shape and implement agent‑based AI architecture, including LLM selection, reasoning, planning, prompting, state, memory, tool orchestration, identity, access, security, observability, evaluation, and autonomy.
Define reference agents, design patterns, and best practices.
Translate business processes into agent requirements, patterns, and flows.
