• Adapt confidently to new routines and pupil groups
• Support pupils' learning and behaviour during teacher absence
• Provide feedback to school staff as needed
• Deliver planned lessons across diffierent year groups and schools

Experience:

• At least some classroom-based experience (placements or paid work)
• Familiarity with primary curriculum and teaching strategies

Skills:

• Strong classroom presence and rapport-building skills
• Organised and professional under pressure
• Positive and proactive attitude toward new settings
• Flexibility, adaptability and initiative

Educational requirements:

• QTS and a degree in a relevant field
