Role overview
A well-regarded Infant and Junior School in the Borough of Ealing is seeking a compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team in September. This is a term-time only, full-time role paid on a daily rate.
Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs
- Assisting with EHCP targets and adapting activities to suit individual needs
- Supporting class teachers in managing behaviour and promoting engagement
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Liaising with SENCOs, parents, and external professionals when needed
