We are recruiting an SEN Teacher for a primary provision catering to young people up to age 11 with Special Educational Needs and communication & interaction needs. Key duties


  • Lead teaching and learning for groups and individual pupils with special educational needs.
  • Design adaptive curriculum pathways that promote independence, wellbeing and academic progress.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including therapists, behaviour support staff and families.
  • Embed strength-based approaches, positive behaviour strategies and inclusive practices.
  • Track, evaluate and report on pupil progress, contributing to their longer-term preparation for adulthood.
