Responsibilities

• Ensure all cost components are captured accurately, including fuel, labour, tolls, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Maintain and update pricing templates and rate cards.
• Support preparation of quotations, RFQs, and tenders.
• Track and flag discrepancies between quoted and actual costs (basic margin tracking).
• Source and obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
• Prepare comparison sheets (cost, service scope, availability).
• Support RFQ and competitive bidding processes.
• Maintain updated vendor database and pricing records.
• Follow up with vendors on pricing, availability, and service scope.
• Transport lanes and warehouse storage and handling rates management.
