Job Description
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**
**Required:**
+ Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1 year of similar analysis/reporting/or audit experience OR HS Diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of similar analysis/reporting/or audit experience in a Sales/Distribution office environment OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Strong analytical skills, advanced computer literacy (Excel & Word)
+ Organizational skills and the ability to problem solve, multitask, prioritize and work independently
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively translate and explain technical ideas and/or data to non-technical Associates.
**Preferred:**
+ Bachelors degree in business, accounting, finance, math, or actuarial science,
+ Proficiency in SAP
+ Working knowledge of Access and/or experience in report generation suing databases.
