Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible as site electrical chargeman
- Maintain all plant equipment and machinery at optimum operating condition
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance
- Minimize unexpected breakdown
- Co‑ordinate with spare parts supplier, service agent and contractor to troubleshoot problems immediately
- Carry out day‑to‑day repair and maintenance jobs
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance
- Maintain and upkeep all maintenance related data and records as required by Hempel Group
- Minimize dependence on external contractors for repair or maintenance jobs
- Work as a team closely with production, QC and other plant departments
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of maintenance spare part stocks
- Ensure adherence to site safety at all times
Requirements
- Minimum AO chargeman certificate required
