Job Description
MNC based in Penang Mainland, which specializes in the production of advanced polymer products for medical and pharmaceutical industries.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection moulding, dispensing, and converting die-cut machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, servo, and automation systems.
- Diagnose and resolve PLC, HMI, robotics, and automation-related issues.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures.
- Support machine upgrades, equipment improvements, and process optimization projects.
- Drive TPM and Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve equipment reliability and productivity.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and equipment records.
