Role Overview
HBL is looking to hire a Prestige Service Executive in its Retail Banking function in Islamabad. The successful candidate will deliver the highest standards of customer services, build and maintain strong relationships, and ensure exceptional service levels leading to ultimate customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing information and personalized guidance, prioritizing customer needs at first contact, handling day‑to‑day account opening processes, and maintaining close liaison with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Acknowledging the customer’s presence in the lounge/premises and serving as the first point of contact for all Priority customers walking into the Priority Lounge/branch.
- Managing traffic flow by proactively asking and resolving queries and completing transactions for Priority clients within the lounge.
- Encouraging increased use of Alternative Distribution channels by Priority clients.
