This role operates metal stamping presses to produce intricate small parts using progressive dies in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. You will handle a healthy mix of repeat jobs, light hand work, and inspection tasks while following established processes and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate metal stamping presses ranging from 30-ton to 200-ton to produce intricate small parts from thinner gauge material (up to approximately 3/8 thickness).
+ Set up and run progressive dies and other tooling according to established procedures and work instructions.
+ Perform routine job changes every few days, ensuring accurate setup and smooth transitions between jobs that repeat on a monthly or quarterly basis.
