Job Description
The Press Operator sets up and operates flexographic presses to produce quality products that meet customer and production standards while monitoring ink colors ensuring proper substrate cutting.
The Press Operator collaborates with the team to maintain safety, efficiency, and product consistency in an inclusive work environment.
Shift runs Sunday through Thursday, 9:30pm - 6:00am Essential Duties and Responsibilities Set up ink, tooling, and dies according to customer and production specifications, ensuring accurate substrate cutting.
Replace master roll, remove waste, and stage materials as needed.
Monitor and adjust ink colors and press settings to maintain consistency and quality throughout the run.
Verify materials, color standards, and specifications match job requirements before and during production.
Start and operate the press, achieving acceptable color, fit, registration, and position efficiently.
