Basic Qualifications

1. Language Capability (Mandatory) : Fluent in English and Mandarin , capable of smooth technical communication, proposal presentation, business negotiation and delivery docking in both languages, able to serve local Singapore enterprises and Chinese-funded enterprises in Southeast Asia.
