Job Description

Role Objective:

To engage with leads generated through our Channel Partner network and effectively convince them to visit the project site for a physical walk through.


Key Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • Strong communication and convincing skills over calls to engage and convert leads.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably with an ICP firm (channel partner firm with a dedicated telecalling setup)
  • Ability to respond quickly to fresh leads and ensure faster conversions.
  • Understand customer requirements including budget, preferred location, and urgency.
  • Skilled in pitching project USPs such as amenities, pricing, connectivity, and ongoing offers.
  • Drive site visit conversions by effectively communicating the value of an in-person walkthrough.
