Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Presales Engineer to join our NetApp Team at our Dubai offices.
The Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our clients, including but not limited to webinars and training initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned territory accounts.
- Leading solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and supplier personnel.
- Ensuring compliance based on agreements and certifications.
- Driving adoption of company programs among assigned accounts.
- Executing presales and solution design by developing proposals, estimating service costs, and defining the scope of work to optimize solutions that align with customer requirements.
