**Prep Cook**
Are you passionate about food service and looking to make a difference? Join our dynamic team and play a vital role in supporting meal preparation and kitchen operations at both Alum Creek and another facility.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as a lead cook in the absence of the Main Cook, including opening the kitchen, turning on equipment, and overseeing meal preparation.
+ Assist in preparing and serving meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, following established menus and production sheets.
+ Ensure proper storage, labeling, and management of all leftovers.
+ Fill in for NS Utility Tech roles and provide comprehensive food service support.
+ Accurately chart cooked foods for Engagement Center (EC) meals and complete daily checklists and task schedules.
+ Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization by cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, and serving areas.
