PRELITIGATION PI ATTORNEY
Location: Houston, TX
I am working directly with leadership at a well-established, high-volume plaintiff-side personal injury platform that is continuing to expand its prelitigation team. This Prelitigation Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Attorney role is ideal for an attorney who knows how to drive value early in a case and wants to focus on strategy and settlement.
This role involves managing a high-volume docket from intake through resolution, with a focus on maximizing settlements prior to litigation. The ideal candidate is a true prelitigation attorney.
The salary for this role is market-competitive and commensurate with experience.
