A day in this role

You arrive ready for a hands-on shift in a high-quality manufacturing environment. After onboarding, you begin on our press line, learning Punch Press and Press Brake operations step by step. As you demonstrate safe work practices and accuracy, you rotate into additional areas and machines, expanding your skill set through structured cross-training.

When you are hired in, you receive a raise and shift differential. As you master additional machines, you’ll have the opportunity to earn raises more quickly, turning your growing capabilities into tangible rewards.
