Job Summary
- The Pre-Construction Services Manager engages in site construction, cost modeling, logistics, constructability, and design implementation as a key partner in growing and broadening the geographic influence of our Pre-Development Services team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare Pre-Construction Fee Proposals
- Manage and prepare Comprehensive Conceptual Cost Model packages.
- Coordinate procurement with vendors based on specifications.
- Solicit subcontractor pricing for inclusion in bid responses.
- Formulate project schedules in Microsoft project.
- Create narrative documents to describe scope of work and qualifications.
- Prepare Pre-Qualification and Technical Proposal packages.
- Attend project progress meetings throughout the pre-construction life of assigned projects...
