This position plays a key role in ensuring patients have a smooth experience before their visit while helping maintain accurate records and efficient office operations.


Responsibilities Include:

+ Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information

+ Complete insurance eligibility and benefit verification prior to scheduled appointments

+ Obtain and process referrals and authorizations as needed

+ Provide patients with information regarding financial responsibilities and payment options

+ Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
