We have an exciting new opportunity for a Part-time Practice Nurse to join our medical practice based at Ravenswood Surgery in Johnstone, Renfrewshire.
This vacancy is for 17 hours per week over 2 days (Monday and Wednesday) covering maternity leave, with a view to becoming a permanent member of our team. Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience. Applicants must be NMC registered. It is essential that the successful candidate has experience in chronic disease management as well as having the ability to perform cervical screening, cover sexual health and contraception reviews, or would be willing to take training in these areas. Independent Nurse prescribing would also be desirable but not essential.
Our Practice team consists of 3 GP Partners, 3 long-term GP Locums, 2 Practice Nurses and an excellent admin team. We have Pharmacy Hub support 5 days a week, Phlebotomy cover, access to local treatment room...
