Practice Manager

Full-time Catering / hospitality

Minimum requirements: Optometry Practice experience is beneficial but not essential Ability to oversee and drive sales Experience with managing people Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage the financial performance of the practice Proven ability to drive business growth and increase revenue Experience analysing financial reports, budgets and profitability Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities to improve business performance Ability to implement strategies to restore and grow revenue Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability and performance Strong interpersonal skills to ensure excellent patient experiences Strong verbal and written communication skills Bilingual in Afrikaans and English Consultant: Donavan Mannikam - Dante Personnel Greenstone
