Job Description
Overview
We are hiring a Practical Nurse to provide home care services and support clients in their homes with medical, medication, personal hygiene, nutrition, and rehabilitative care.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities they cannot perform independently
- Provide medical and medication management
- Promote health and personal hygiene
- Deliver rehabilitative care to maintain functional capacity
- Communicate with clients, their families, team leader, and service center
Qualifications
- Practical Nurse qualification
- Vaccination protection according to Section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act
- Current theoretical studies in medication management (or willing to complete with us)
- Good Finnish language skills
- Driver’s licence and access to a car
- Ability to travel within state travel regulations (eligible for mileage reimbursement)
