Job Overview
Practical Nurse – Temporary Position in Jämsä, Central Finland
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and support to clients in their homes, including medical and medication management.
- Assist with health promotion, personal hygiene, nutrition, and rehabilitative care to maintain functional capacity.
- Document care activities and communicate progress to the team leader and service staff.
- Collaborate with clients and their families to understand and respect their preferences and needs.
- Support clients in performing daily activities they cannot accomplish independently.
Qualifications
- Practical nurse qualification.
- Vaccination protection in accordance with Section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act.
- Current theoretical studies in medication management (additional training available).
