Kai Duck a new concept F&B restaurant, focusing on Peking duck located in Takashimaya. We are looking for floor, service and kitchen staff who are eager to learn and be part of a professional, dynamic and enthusiastic team, with quality of service at its core, under the leadership of an award-winning chef, who is among the most sought after in Singapore. - Manage restaurant daily operations
- Comunicate with customer
- Responsible for bringing in higher sales to the restaurant
- Ensure that all service staff are achieving high service standards
- Ensuring that all guest receive prompt, friendly and efficient service
- Responsible for guest service and be knowledgeable of the restaurant's menu
- Responsible for staff training
- Able to work on public holidays and weekends
