Job Title: Foot Mobile PPM Maintenance Engineer
Location: London (Zone 1 & 2) - Commercial Office Portfolio
Salary: £36,500 - £46,000 (dependent on experience) + Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card/Allowances
About the Role: We are seeking a motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented PPM Maintenance Engineer to join our fast-paced Operations team. Key Responsibilities:
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Execute weekly PPM tasks across our commercial estate to ensure full site compliance.
Data & Asset Tracking: Log, track, and update maintenance progress using internal digital tools and templates.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior Maintenance Specialists to ensure accurate asset capture and robust data logging.
