PPE Administrator

Responsibilities :

• Administrative and technical management of condominiums
• Conducting meetings
• Providing information to owners

Profile :

• Commercial employee CFC, profile or title considered equivalent
• Federal certificate of property manager (= an asset)
• Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience as a PPE manager
• Mastery of tenancy law and PPE regulations
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good legal knowledge (CO, CC and LP)
• Competent person, good negotiator, self-confident, customer and result-oriented
