Job Description
Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Subsystems Engineering Leader to guide and develop the Subsystems Engineering team, focusing on internal combustion engines and powertrain subsystem development and validation to meet program objectives.
You will own budget estimates, monitor costs, drive issue resolution, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure robust DVP&R definitions and knowledge management while fostering cross‑functional collaboration and high performance.
