• Analyze and implement Requests for Change (RFCs) based on functional and technical specifications.
• Leverage APIs and integration frameworks to enable seamless interoperability with existing enterprise systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide ongoing application support and maintenance, including updates, enhancements, and incident resolution.
