Job Description
Support PowerCo’s compensation initiatives in St. Thomas as a full-time HR and Compensation Specialist. This position combines data analysis with employee benefits management.
As PowerCo's HR and Compensation Specialist, your primary responsibilities will involve designing and administering compensation programs while assisting with the HR Controlling function. You will collect and analyze salary data, administer the employee benefits program, and support the development of annual budgets and recruitment forecasts. Your role is essential in linking the HR and Finance departments effectively.
