Identify, nurture and secure work in consulting and engineering from new and existing customers in the area of power system studies. This may include single projects but also focus on negotiated master service agreements for baseload work. Split of work between securing (winning) power system studies work and execution estimated to be 70/30.
Quote, plan and run projects including negotiation and administration of contracts, estimates of costs, scheduling and resource management.
Execution of work assignments including analysis and engineering oversight, authoring or reviewing of reports
Knowledge transfer and mentoring of junior engineers and staff
Participate in workshops and conferences and present high-quality articles for presentation and publication.
Be prepared to travel within Canada, the United States and elsewhere to complete projects.
