Job Description
Power Platform Support Specialist – Key Requirements Core Responsibilities Provide L1/L2 BAU support for Power Platform solutions. Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and resolve production issues. Deploy fixes and enhancements through structured release and ALM processes. Support Power Platform governance, environment administration, and operational controls. Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base. Collaborate with business users and technical teams for issue resolution and deployments. Mandatory Skills & Experience Hands-on experience with Power Apps , Power Automate , Dataverse , and Custom API Connectors . Strong experience in production support, incident management, and troubleshooting . Experience with Solution Packaging, ALM, and controlled deployments .
