Power Platform Support Specialist –
Key Requirements
Core Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 BAU support for Power Platform solutions.
- Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and resolve production issues.
- Deploy fixes and enhancements through structured release and ALM processes.
- Support Power Platform governance, environment administration, and operational controls.
- Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams for issue resolution and deployments.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps , Power Automate , Dataverse , and Custom API Connectors .
- Strong experience in production support, incident management, and troubleshooting .
- Experience with Solution Packaging, ALM, and controlled deployments .
