Job Description
Leads technical domain of singe/ multiple strategic development projects from initial ideation to final production.
**Job Requirements**:
- Managing technical elements and maintaining required performance and schedules.
- Ensuring project management responsibilities are handled in absence of the team leader/ project manager.
- Contributing to department level technology and product decisions.
- Training and supporting junior engineers in the department in the technical knowledge of the product domain.
**What your background should look like**:
**EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product development, preferably in the technology industry with a minimum of 5 years in the** Cable Assembly or connector related**.
