Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to support IT management and decision making.
• Ensure all reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with the needs of IT leadership, including the CIO, Director of IT Operations, and Heads of Department.
• Implement and improve data models, DAX calculations, and visualisations to deliver clear and actionable insights.
• Work closely with IT leaders and departmental stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into effective Power BI solutions.
