Power BI & Data Insights Specialist

This role blends technical expertise in SQL and Power BI with strong client engagement and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and optimize the SQL-based InterAction core data model.
• Provide expert client support and troubleshooting.
• Assist with installation and configuration of data models.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Lead client workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Develop DAX measures and calculated columns.
• Advise clients on KPIs, report structures, and data storytelling.

Qualifications

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization).
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
