Are you an experienced Powder Coating professional with a natural talent for leadership? We are searching for a dedicated Powder Coating Team Lead to join a specialized automotive parts manufacturing facility in North York. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary range of $28.00 to $32.00 per hour and a consistent day shift schedule of Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM. This role is designed for a self-starter who thrives in a high-autonomy environment and takes pride in delivering flawless finishes while leading a small, dynamic team.
