Our agency is partnering with one of San Diego’s leading afterschool program providers, to staff multiple school sites across the county. We are seeking energetic, reliable, and student-focused individuals to join their teams as Youth Leaders (IAs) and Inclusion Aides (BTs).
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone passionate about education, youth development, or behavioral support — and looking to make an immediate impact.
Positions Available
Inclusion Aides (Behavior Technicians / BTs)
+ Provide individualized support to students with behavioral or developmental needs.
+ Work closely with site supervisors and program leads to ensure inclusive participation.
