Position Description

Applications are invited for a postdoctoral researcher position in semiconductors and semiconductor devices with a focus on thin film growth using Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE), materials characterization, and fabrication of semiconductor devices based on oxides on Silicon. The appointment will be in the at Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas, under the supervision of Dr. Nikoleta Theodoropoulou: MBE and sputtering), electrical transport measurements, cleanroom fabrication and materials characterization. The successful candidate will have access to shared research facilities including X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, and cryogenic measurement systems. Experienced in cleanroom device fabrication, and electrical transport measurements at cryogenic and room temperature.
