Postdoctoral Researcher in Quantum‑Secure Federated GenAI

Faculty of Technology, Department of Computing invites applications for a 2‑year post‑doctoral researcher position. The successful candidate will lead a Horizon Europe project to develop autonomous, trustworthy, and resilient cyber‑defense across federated infrastructures within the next 24 months, starting in 2026.

Local AI‑driven security frameworks are centralized, lack transparency, and cannot defend against quantum threats. This project will introduce a quantum‑secure, federated GenAI framework that unifies threat detection, remediation, and compliance within a verifiable ML pipeline. The researcher will bridge GenAI and verifiable security to deliver:

• Quantum‑secure intelligence: secure distributed model training using lattice‑based post‑quantum cryptography (Kyber, Dilithium) and differential privacy.
