Job Description
Position Summary
The successful candidate will design, coordinate and implement their own research and publish results in high-impact venues. The research scope involves developing semiconductor technologies and the relevant knowledge base. The environment offers excellent facilities for semiconductor research, including micro- and nanofabrication, photonics, and advanced packaging.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in a relevant field by 31 August 2026
- Ability to pursue independent scholarly activity
- Fluent spoken and written English skills
Position Details
The position is for three years, starting no later than 1July 2027, with a salary of 4500euros per month before tax.
