This is a remote position. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Post Production Supervisor to front our post-production function and oversee the successful delivery of high-quality animation and live-action content. The role requires a strong creative eye, excellent project management skills and the ability to supervise a team of editors while ensuring that every piece of content meets the highest storytelling, technical and behaviour change communication standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing post-production workflows, leading editing teams and working on animation-led content. Prior experience in the development sector, Behaviour Change Communication (BCC), will be an added advantage.
