We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Post Production Manager to own the full post-production workflow, from the moment a wedding is captured through to final client delivery. You'll coordinate editors, track timelines, hold the quality bar, manage deliveries, and keep clear reporting across every project.

What you'll do

Production coordination:

• Collect footage, photographs, and client editing preference forms
• Organize and maintain project folders and production assets
• Follow up with photographers and videographers on any missing content

Project allocation:

• Assign projects to editors based on workload and capacity
• Prepare weekly editing schedules
• Give editors clear deadlines and project requirements

Production management:

• Track progress across multiple concurrent projects
• Ensure turnaround times are met
