Summary
This role involves providing a high-quality Post‑Mortem Computed Tomography (PMCT) imaging service within a specialist forensic and coronial environment. The postholder will conduct post‑mortem CT examinations, support the operational delivery of the PMCT service, and contribute to the accurate imaging, documentation, and investigation of deceased individuals.
Responsibilities
- Perform post‑mortem CT examinations in accordance with national guidance, departmental protocols, and professional standards.
- Produce high‑quality diagnostic images to support coronial, forensic, and medico‑legal investigations.
- Assist with specialised post‑mortem imaging techniques, including angiography and ventilated PMCT where appropriate.
