Responsibilities
- Execute post-fixture operations from fixture recap through voyage completion.
- Review fixture recaps and charter parties.
- Prepare voyage instructions and operational documentation.
- Coordinate vessel nominations and acceptance with all stakeholders.
- Liaise with owners, charterers, port agents, brokers, surveyors and terminals.
- Monitor vessel movements and provide daily operational updates.
- Coordinate loading and discharge operations.
- Ensure smooth execution of voyages whilst maintaining high service standards.
