Post-Doctoral Fellow, VLSI Circuit and Chip Development

Primary Purpose: Develop RISC-V related microcontroller and Open FPGA.

Nature of Work: Reporting to Professor Li Chen, the successful candidate will conduct high-quality research within a group of researchers (Ph.D. students and a Postdoctoral Fellow).

Typical Duties or Accountabilities:

• Design chip layout.
• Prototype design.
• Prepare manuscripts for publication in high‑impact journals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education: Ph.D. or equivalent research experience in analog and digital circuit design, mix‑signal chip layout.

Experience: Experience in VLSI circuit design; knowledge of radiation effects in integrated circuits will be a plus.
