Job Overview

This is a full-time position that requires regular, reliable and punctual attendance. To perform this job effectively, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Job Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of LQB & Secondary Market Investor LOS systems;
• Software applications to include but not be limited to LQB, Excel, Word, Adobe, FNMA DU, Freddie Mac’s LP, HUD’s FHA Connection, VA Portal and TPR firms Portal.
• Post Closing Investor Coordinator must have the ability to learn multiple Agency delivery platforms including but not limited to the Credit Variance Administration System (CVAS);
• Has basic knowledge of TRID compliance and Wholesale Disclosure requirements;
• QC auditing includes reviewing loans in post-closing and title policies including items like the name of homeowner, vesting terms, any liens or judgments listed, checking for compliance, ensuring current and ac...
