While our preference is for this individual to be based in Anoka, MN we are open to considering fully remote candidates from outside of Minnesota. Candidates local to Anoka, MN will be required to be in the office on a Hybrid basis.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Build and deliver software training and implementation support both online and in person to help customers adopt and use solutions successfully.
Create informative resources including blogs, videos, podcasts, and webinars to support user learning and self-service.
