POS Software Implementation Specialist – GK/Fujitsu
1 year contract
Location - Downtown Toronto - 4 days on site.
Overview:
- Lead the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of GK/Fujitsu POS software and related retail technology solutions.
- Responsible for the full software implementation lifecycle —from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment, integration, and post-go-live support including system testing.
- Ensure that POS, inventory, and customer-engagement systems align with complex retail business processes and operational goals.
- Collaborate with various internal IT departments to ensure seamless integration with other Enterprise level systems and applications
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for GK Software, providing support to end-users, coordination with vendors, deliver training to end-users, and develop/maintain documentation
