Enterprise Customer Programs (ECP) is Euna Solutions' delivery organization for enterprise-scale clients, primarily state governments and state agencies managing large, complex grant programs. Our clients partner to execute statewide strategic priorities that often span multiple agencies and funding streams within a single engagement.
The Opportunity
The Portfolio Manager leads ECP's Project Management team—a growing group of Program Managers, Project Managers, a Technical PM, and a Project Coordinator—delivering enterprise-scale Euna Grants implementations for state government clients. This people‑first leadership role requires owning the team, headcount, performance, and day‑to‑day delivery health across a multi‑state portfolio.
