Portfolio Integration Lead performs a critical enabler role for Globe's IT organization, focusing on strategic demand management and enterprise portfolio orchestration. He governs the end-to-end flow of demands within the assigned Portfolio, ensuring that demand are prioritized, aligned to supply capacity, and integrated across programs.He facilitates demand-supply alignment conversations, investment trade-off decisions, and ensures cross-program visibility on impacts and interdependencies. The role is central to translating strategic priorities into a coherent, executable portfolio.
Cross-Functional Dependency & Interdependency Management
Map the Ecosystem: Construct and maintain the Integrated Portfolio Build Plan/Raadmap, explicitly mapping upstream and downstream capabilities and dependencies across the demands tagged within the portfolio.
